GoogleWe were with Lester Smith for 4+ years and only (reluctantly) had to change agency. Mark and Amy are always extremely helpful, quick to react and, what I think is fairly rare in the trade, fair. It's been a real pleasure and I wish more agents/landlords were like them.

GoogleExcellent letting agents, I have been through numerous agents and Lester Smith are by far the best. The letting agent fees are reasonable in comparison to others and staff are always quick to respond and address any concerns you may have. Overall, the agency seems very well managed.

GoogleExcellent letting agents. They are flexible and respond quickly to anything that needs fixing/sorting out and make you feel at ease - even in uncertainty (COVID19). Amy & Mark are both very genuine, understanding and always friendly.

GoogleCalled up to get an email for a lettings manager & I have never felt so disrespected in my life. Just a tip when asking a question going "uh hum" then going blank is not a way to talk to someone.
