GoogleI strongly recommend Lester Smith for their professionality and quality of their work. That was my third experience with a letting agency in my 7-ish years in the UK and probably my best one! Amy and Mark helped me throughout, from the viewing, to the renting in London and the relocation when I moved back to Italy. GoogleBy far the best letting agency I have ever rented from after many years of bad experiences in London. They respond to emails, fix things that need fixing, and let us live in our home in peace. They are polite, friendly, decent people. It is bizarre that this is what constitutes a 5-star service but I've genuinely never been so delighted by a company acting with basic decency and within the law. Can't thank them enough.
