Elisabeth Ppasa has been my property manager for a while and previous to her I had a couple of others. She is by far the best one, very professional and courteous and friendly and always replies on time and always is there to lend a hand when I need help with something. I really hope that she remains as my property manager for as long as possible.

My selling experience with Marsh & Parsons was excellent, largely due to Ashley. Once an offer was agreed early May, he made constant efforts to relay information back and forth, negotiated tricky aspects of a process that proved at times far from straightforward. But Ashley's professionalism always shone through: his tact and responsiveness played a crucial part in completing the sale, and I'm really grateful for all his hard work and dedication. Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Took them 2 years to do the first inspection despite continuous chasing. The contractors they use for any work (MasterFix - google them) are terrible, expensive and also pretty useless. Theyve made the whole property rental process miserable and I cant wait to be done with them.To make it even worse, instead of addressing the issues and trying to fix it, they reported my original review for containing the name of the property manager who is beyond useless.

I've been renting out a single property for some time but I'm not a professional landlord. Recently I needed help working through the finances. Aklima (my Client Accountant) patiently walked me through everything and then generated all the documents I needed, on the spot. Everything was understood and in my inbox in a couple of minutes.
