The worst possible real estate agents. Marsh & Parsons Notting Hill are the worst. They made constant mistakes, and cost me money, yet charged me full price with threats to sue me (when they made mistakes)! Anyone looking to do anything with property in Notting Hill, should avoid these people.Your reply is untruthful. Speak with Giulia Palumbo, she is well aware of my complaint about your woeful service.

GoogleExcellent service. Me and my wife were moving to London during the pandemic. We had to deal with looking for apartments from abroad, and Marsh & Parsons went above and beyond for us to safely handle the the viewing, starting the tenancy and moving in process. Whatever as-hoc difficulties came along Phil (our agent) took care of it right away, even while he was on holiday leave.

Unfortunately I did not buy from him in the end but would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in the area. He is always courteous and very helpful should I have a problem within the area.

After getting little traction trying to rent my flat out in Queenspark, I approached Marsh&Parsons. Within the hour Thaminah the rentals manager had visited me and instantly instilled me with confidence about this whole rental property. The following day, I was introduced to her negotiator and also a lovely professional chap came round to take pictures which were pretty much immediately published. I would highly recommend this agency and although I haven’t had contact with the sales team, if it is inline with the rentals team then this agency must be at the top of your list in the Queens Park region.

Terrible experience buying my property through the Richmond branch. Their tactics involve emotional blackmail and threats. Jessica in the Richmond branch dealt with my sale and it was a very unpleasant experience that caused me a lot of stress and is a reason why I will not be using them in the re sale of my house. Please if you can, avoid this estate agent.

Stay far away from them. Sarah Warmington handled my case and I must say all of these agents are crooks.. They tried to force me to rent out my flat to an inappropriate tenant which they didn’t even want to expose. Eventually I found out who the proposed tenant was and got the shock of my life. When I refused I got called all sorts of things by this agent!! And she tried to scam me on so much money as a punishment for not letting my flat (yes, I’m talking about 1300 pounds), and keep in mind that I had not signed any contract with them!!! Even the receptionist at the agency tried to stop me from calling the support centre by hiding the phone number with his own hands. Absolutely repelled by these criminals!!!
