GoogleWonderful agency and staff. The only place that after weeks of desperate search found me a home. Being a foreigner and having to move to London for work I really struggled to find a flat on a relatively short notice, but M&P Earls court was a lifesaver. Victoria especially who was my agent is a very professional, kind and knowledgeable person and she was absolutely amazing! She went above & beyond to help me in the search as well as the rental process and paperwork afterwards, and was extremely attentive and present, even from distance (as I was abroad at the time). Thanks to her I found the perfect flat and home in London. Highly recommend!

We are all aware that viewers/viewings is quite an uncomfortable experience from the current tenant who’s moving out.But Finley O'Sullivan Lettings Negotiator at Chelsea office made this experience enjoyable.He was truly exceptional, highly professional, patient, Kind and knows how to carry himself to the extend that I shared my direct contact details with him, letting him know he's welcome to reach out anytime should he need to acces the property.He also provided all the detailed information the prospective tenant needed which convinced her to rent the flat.

From start to finish I've had a great experience with Marsh & Parsons and I'm sad I'm not going to be staying with them when I move property. The house viewing process was enjoyable, they understood what we were looking for in a property and found us the perfect place.The letting management has been fantastic, specifically Phoebe Negueroles who was our property manager for a while, she has always responded immediately and accommodated for all requests which were always actioned quickly.Finally they were understanding when it came to organising viewings while we were still in our property.I would recommend Marsh & Parsons to anyone as the best estate agent I've used in London.

Whilst all the direct processes with Marsh and Parsons went fine, we ended up having a terrible experience with our landlady. Unfortunately, M&P didn’t offer us any support on this front and it really felt like they were totally on the landlady’s side, in the end they did what they could to get us out of the property. After speaking with others, it seems like it’s a known issue that our landlady could be extremely difficult. M&P really need to consider who they work with and ensure tenants safety and well-being is considered, and not just the opportunity to make more money.

Marsh & Parsons helped me find a great flat in Pimlico which I have lived in for 9 years. Their staff have been considerate and helpful in avoiding inconvenience when arranging viewings towards the end of my tenancy. The check out process was professional and my deposit was returned promptly. They have an excellent range of properties and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We let our Flat on a long term basis with Marsh and Parsons. The letting process was easy, our questions were answered promptly and we felt like the advice we were given was very beneficial. We also use their management service as we are not based in London, they have dealt with all problems swiftly and professionally. You are given a single contact point (in our case Ellie H) who has always been quick to reply and take over any issues, making the whole process very hassle free.Would recommend M&P to anyone looking to let a property in London.

I own two flats in West London and have always used Marsh & Parsons to rent them out for me and found the service to be excellent. However, after many years of dealing with the day to day tenants issues myself I decided to also engage Marsh & Parsons to take over the management. It has been the best decision. Phoebe now looks after both properties and is excellent in all ways. My emails are always dealt with immediately and the prompt communication between her and the tenants means any issues can be dealt with smoothly. I'm very pleased with the fantastic service she gives and would happily recommend.

The Managing Agent that looks after the letting of my property in Maida Vale on behalf of Marsh & Parsons is extremely efficient, competent and sensible. The only reason I have only given 4 stars is because his predecessors have not been anywhere near as reliable. I feel confident in leaving him to manage the tenants and the letting process, knowing he will bring things to my attention when required, but is proactive on matters that don’t need to involve. I feel kept up to date with letting regulations, and my tenants are kep t happy
