GoogleJames and the Making Moves team took what was a poor brief and ran with it. They presented a number of options and clearly explained the up and down sides of these, which enabled us to identify what we wanted. From there we managed to draw up a shortlist and make a decision. They then worked with the provider to get us the best rate they could negotiate and asked all the difficult questions so we knew we were could make an informed decision . 3 weeks and the project was delivered and a great team to work with too., Benyam Hagos, Nium Europe Finance DirectorPositiveProfessionalism, Value
Thank you for your wonderful review Benyam! Enjoy your new space :)

GoogleFrom start to finish the team at Making Moves went out of their way to take as much pain out of our office move as possible. Not only in finding and securing us some great new space at a fantastic rate, but through to some really impressive project management to get us in there against a very tight time window, and negotiating a great dilapidations settlement as well. I've no doubt we'll use them again for our next project, despite Jack's questionable facial hair and Grant's disdain for sashimi. Thanks from the London team @ Space & Time.
Thank you Andy for this glowing review! It was a pleasure working with you and we're so glad the London Space & Time team are enjoying the new office. We'd absolutely love to work with you again, so will get Jack to a barber and Grant to Sushi Samba ASAP! 😉 …

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Phil at Making Moves on a new office space search. My client sought a dynamic environment that balanced natural light, privacy, and collaborative spaces suitable for both internal and external events. Phil expertly curated a selection of spaces perfectly aligned with the brief. His guidance throughout the lease acquisition process was invaluable, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and patience. Making Moves has consistently been my go-to partner for the past decade. Their team's expertise in the real estate industry, coupled with their client-centric approach, sets them apart. Thank you, Phil and the Team at Making Moves London.

GoogleMaking Moves were integral to the success of our office move this summer. I can't recommend them enough. Grant helped us find the perfect office space, and Jack acted as technical PM for the fit out, ensuring that it was delivered to a high standard and we got the best value for money. They were both extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with - thanks guys!

GoogleWe went on a real journey with Making Moves, as we viewed many spaces and had one office slip through our fingers early on due to an existing tenant having a change of heart. We ultimately landed in a great space, and James really put a shift in to get us a lease we were happy with. Not only this, but James also helped to ensure that we had internet connectivity in the office on arrival! I'd definitely recommend the Making Moves team if you're looking for office space!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleCore had a brilliant experience with Making Moves, helping us downsize into a newer, more premium space. Kian, Jill & Mo were always on hand to help, making time to show me around a dozen or properties and guiding me on how to optimise the company's approach to finding new flexible space during this period of unique market conditions. We are delighted with the outcome and the guys at MM contributed massively to this. Kian's support during the contract negotiations went above and beyond my expectations.
