GoogleWe had been with Lords for 4 years and I have to say they are brilliant. Both Sonia and Olha have been absolutely amazing right from the start to the end of our tenancy. Very quick to sort out any issues, always available and very helpful. Would highly recommend Lords because of these two ladies. Thank you and keep up the good work. Give them a pay rise! its well deserved. From S & A

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Sonia and Olha over the past year, having moved from Canada and needing assistance with renting an apartment. They were incredibly responsive and professional throughout our entire experience. Their kindness and dedication were evident in every interaction. Whenever we had issues in the apartment, Sonia and Olha always made sure to address them promptly. Things were always fixed within a week. Thanks to their excellent service, our transition and rental experience were smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and supportive realtors. Thank you, Sonia and Olha, for your exceptional service!

GoogleAn absolutely horrific experience for a woman. I cannot describe how awful my experience has been. I have volumes of documents to prove my point. They are still involved in the block where I bought a flat through them. I had a brick through my window. My door was kicked in at 2am. That was just the start. A life changing experience. Maybe if you are Russian it's fine. But not as an "Anglo Saxon".

GoogleGreat all round experience working with Olia and the team. Secured us an excellent rental and was professional, responsive and efficient. Moreover they helped us with completing some urgent repairs at the property in a short time frame. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Lords Estates is one of the most able and efficient estate agents I have dealt with. Would definitely recommend working with them to anyone looking to rent property in central London.

GoogleOutstanding agency, highly recommended in the London scene. Olha and Sonia are top-level professionals and, above all, HONEST, who will advise you excellently whether you want to buy or rent. I personally had the pleasure of renting an apartment managed by Lords Estate for about a year and a half, and Olha and Sonia were able to assist me in every detail with accuracy and promptness. Absolutely recommended.

GoogleLord Estates have been excellent letting agents throughout the duration of my tenancy, which lasted approximately five years. Their care and attention is unmatched and their personable approach is undoubtedly superior to that of the larger players in their market. Hany, Sonia, and Olha know what they are doing and do it better than the other agents I know. I could not be more complimentary of their service. We miss them already!

GoogleLord Estates has been by far the best London agents we have experienced as renters in London. They have always fixed the reported issues in very short time and they have always been there to understand our problems. We really recommend Olha, Sonia, Olia, Mr Hanna and the whole team.

GoogleWe purchased a property marketed by Lord Estates. The elderly seller was unaware that her tenant had unlawfully sublet the property so there were many complications on the road to finally completing the purchase. I believe the transaction would not have gone ahead had it not been for the hard work of Olia and Nadiia who made themselves available, for many inspections re-inspections and chasing up the various representatives of the parties involved. They were truly magnificent!

We had minimum disruptions during our stay and any new situations that came up along the way were resolved at their end with at most care and urgency.
