Loney Miller have been absolutely fantastic in helping us sell both our house in Wimbledon Park and our flat in Southfields. They have a brilliant team, and over the course of both sales I had the pleasure of dealing with quite a few of them. Most of my contact was with Maddie and Bryony, who brought real warmth and energy to every interaction. As with any property sale, the process wasn’t always straightforward, but the team were consistently able to handle whatever arose, and were always reachable when I needed them. Our house had an offer accepted within a single weekend of viewings, from a buyer already on the LM database, which was remarkable. My only regret is not using Loney Miller sooner for the sale of my flat as I had done with the house. I went with KFH first for the flat, and that was a mistake. In my experience, LM offered better rates, honest valuations, and genuinely sound advice. They have deep knowledge of the areas they work in, and it shows. It was a real pleasure working with them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. A huge thank you to Maddie, Bryony, Zak, Kerry, and the whole team. Big hug from us.

Throughout the whole purchasing process the staff were friendly, helpful and informative. I would particularly like to recommend Jake Wellman, Steve Cox and Coren Pollard. During the viewing process Jake was a huge help. He was super flexible with timings and availability and on the first viewing day he had a huge amount of patience taking us around the town with back to back viewings for most of the day. He was always quick to respond and organised the other viewings for us. During the second viewing day we had the pleasure of meeting Steve (Branch Manager) who took us to the other viewings. Once we had decided on a home to put an offer on he facilitated the initial processes between us and the seller, organised access to the property for the building and asbestos surveys and kept me regularly updated. Coren (Sales Progressor) was a huge help in facilitating further negotiations between myself and the seller towards the end of the process. Overall the Starking &Watson Diss branch Team were amazing and made what is a very stressful process run smoothly. They are very efficient and the process from Offer to Completion took less than 3 months.

Eamonn was an absolute star and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. When he initially showed us round our flat he was calm and patient and answered my (many!) questions. He fielded many emails and calls from me throughout the process and nothing was ever an issue for him.
