Not only does he have loads of experience and expertise, but he was also was extremely helpful, went above and beyond advising us with the purchase of our new property (bought via a different estate agent) and was just generally the nicest, most helpful, cool and level-headed estate agent we've ever met. Linus was so easily contactable, kept up very informed and ultimately made the sale of our flat an absolute breeze. An absolutely stellar agent!

GoogleIt’s not often that you hear the words down-to-earth and estate agent in the same breath, but that’s what makes Linus such a great find. Throughout the whole process of selling our Walthamstow Warner flat he was on hand with honest advice. He was efficient, supportive and professional. Not only did he manage to get us an offer in record time, he worked hard to keep our buyer when we lost the property we were buying and needed more time to find a new one. He was great at keeping in contact with both us and the chain, which made sure everything ran smoothly and we felt on top of what can otherwise be a very stressful undertaking. With Linus, you can rest easy knowing you're in safe hands. We will certainly use Linus again if we sell, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

GoogleLinus was the sole agent for selling our terraced house in walthamstow and I have to say the level of service we received surpassed our expectations. Linus looks after the sale from start to finish and is always on hand to answer any questions. I have sold with high street agents before and this was a different experience. In a good way! GoogleI recently sold my one-bed Camden flat through Linus. He found a buyer very quickly, in a difficult market. For various reasons beyond Linus's control exchange & completion only happened six months later. Throughout this period Linus was available, calm, clear, professional and provided excellent advice. He is obviously much better value than the high street estate agents, but the quality of the service was excellent as well.
