GoogleGood luck if you ever need to get in touch with your property manager or request a repair once you move in. Terrible service. Not professional or responsive. We have been waiting over 5 months for a repair in our flat to take place. Multiple calls and emails over the course of several weeks are met with no response.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMoving in a property is always complicated. If you are new in the UK/London, it is even more! Together with my wife, we have been provided with a full professional service starting from scratch including view appointment, viewing, offer placing, reference checkings and check in procedures. Special thx to Robin! I should also note that the online system they are using, namely Goodlord, is working well and pretty user friendly. Thanks to Life Greenwich Team!

GoogleIt was bad all way around: from contract signing to managing the property. But in the end my patience was over: it is been more than 2 months since we've moved out and they still haven't paid back our deposit. They don't answering emails and phones and simple don't care. GoogleSeriously do not use life residential. They have advised us not to boiler which 3 people have been out for because of legionella, we have been without a working toilet, washing machine and oven. To help they won't even email back
