Paula, thanks you for the review. We are saddened that you feel the need to review us negatively, and obviously are trying to "attack" us by both you and patrick leaving us a review (a couple sharing a one bedroom flat. Clearly you wish to reduce our rating. How sad. especially considering that over the 4 month tenancy there is absolutely no calls or emails from you.

Patrick, thank you for taking the time to initially review, and to change it once you left your 4 month stay. i am not sure the reasons for your review and have emailed you and Paula (who felt the need to leave another negative review even though you are a couple). We had very little interaction over the time as you were a sublet of a company that went bankrupt. We would love to speak to find out more.
