GoogleProfessional, First Class, Exceptional Agents - I have been working with Legacy for several years now and they have never let me down. In the past I would go to multiple agencies to rent my flats but over the years I have stopped bothering with the other agents and come straight to Legacy as I know they will find me great tenants, follow through and secure the tenancy (they even have great recommendations for cleaners, plumbers and inventory clerks!). GoogleAs landlord, they helped price the property, quickly found us a tenant, negotiated the terms of the lease and completed the documentation timely and efficiently. Property management continues to be responsive and attentive to detail. Statements and rent reittances are timely. Overall a great experience working with them.
