I was in urgent need to find a suitable flat in South Kensington within a short timeframe. Dennis Matse-Orere from Legacy Property Consultants truly exceeded all expectations. Dennis efficiently sourced a flat that perfectly matched our criteria in terms of size, location, and budget. Remarkably, just one week from our initial interaction with Dennis, we had signed a tenancy agreement! Dennis went above and beyond by ensuring that the property not only met but exceeded our expectations post-move-in, ensuring a seamless settling-in process for us. Thank you, Dennis, for providing exceptional 5-star service and a remarkable overall experience!

Dennis is a great property consultant and I highly recommend him to prospective tenants and buyers. The best thing about him is that he really listens to what you are looking for and provides perfect property matches instead of sending routine suggestions. This really helps you prioritise viewings because you know it's a property which is very close to your specifications. The experience felt really personalized. Thanks Dennis!

Sergio was very efficient and punctual. I sent an online request and he responded to it the next morning, arranging a viewing straight away. The offer process was very quick as well, and communication was great with no delays. He communicated with the landlord promptly and got back to me the same morning. Pleasure to deal with!

I have dealt with a lot of Property Agents in central London in managing my two properties over the past decade, but have eventually found reliable and trustworthy agents that take away all the hassle of property management from The Landlord. Legacy Property Consultants are truly responsive, reliable and act with integrity and Patrycja is fantastic.

Spoke with George T Ioannou. Moving across to the UK from Australia for work. George was super helpful on the phone, polite and energetic about his work. I don’t have too much of an understanding about the UK rental market and George was able to explain things in depth and give me a good understanding to get my rental journey started. George seems super passionate about his work. Nice to hear some enthusiasm in his voice. Thanks George.

Best property agency I’ve dealt within UK. Sergio has been very helpful from the start, to the end of the moving process. Very attentive, professional and always answering any messages or calls. Moving in gift was a very nice touch and leaving plenty water and goodies in the fridge was beyond my expectations. Thank you !

LPC are the best agents I have ever dealt with. They don't hesitate to walk the last mile for you and to ensure a successful completion of the deal. Dennis is an exceptional professional, very easy-going, transparent and honest. It has been a pleasure to work with him. Actually, if we have been able to complete this deal successfully is very much thanks to him and his team. I would not hesitate a second to contact LPC again for future deals.

I had a great experience with Joel and Legacy PC. Joel helped my family and I locate a flat to rent, while we were still abroad. As prospective tenants on a time pressured property search, we could not have hoped for a more seamless handholding. Joel is very helpful and efficient. He showed us properties in line with our preferences. When we liked a particular flat, he gave us a detailed and transparent summary of the rental property and made a point of being completely fair in how he dealt with the offer process. Extremely positive experience and I highly recommend him to anyone searching for their next property, especially someone relocating from abroad.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
