GoogleThe experience I receieved from Elizabeth Ofili and Patrycja Anna Lis was exceptional. From the moment I went to view the property with Elizabeth she was so helpful and accommodating. I sent so many messages to her and she was always willing to help. She then ensured everything was carried out and passed me onto Patrycja who in two days worked so hard to complete all the paperwork so we could move in at the weekend. We have been in the property a month now and they are still messaging to ensure we are ok and helping when we need it. I have dealt with some horrendous agents/landlords whilst living in London and after dealing with Elizabeth and Patrycja I will not be using any one else. I can't give them enough praise and thanks for all they have done!

GoogleBoth me and my wife are really lucky and greatful to Joel for helping us find a superb apartment in one of the best locations in London. We are students from Georgia, first time in London and it was our first expereince of renting an apartment long-term. We did not have any contacts here and it was hard for us to find a trustworthy person, who would help and guide us through the process remotely (we were in a quarantine hotel for 10 days) but all went unbeliavably fast (it took less than 5 days to move in the apartment) and smoothly with Joel's help. Our first encounter with Joel was by the phone from the website. He did not know us and we did not know him, but he was attentive, considerate and helpful from the very begining. We wanted the apartment, which we are currently living in, very much. He negotiated on behalf of us with the Landlord. We knew that there were many competitive offers on that apartment and did not expect that we would make it. But Joel did it! We give highest recommendation to him as a professional. GoogleWe used Legacy Property Consultants in the past to help us with the search of flats to rent . Every single time we had a great experience with them. A couple of months ago we decided to contact Legacy Property Consultants once again, this time to help us to find a place to buy. Thanks to Dennis, we finally found a perfect flat which was quite surprising considering we had so many, almost unrealistic requirements : garden, ground floor, two bedroom, two bathrooms, option for an extension, etc.. Most importantly this flat fit our budget, which in the beginning of the search looked like this was mission impossible. Throughout the whole process Dennis was extremely helpful, he spent so much time to help us with our house search, I doubt that any other agent has ever taken as much time to help anyone. I therefore highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a professional, genuine, and most importantly honest and client oriented property consultant in London.

GoogleHaving spoken to multiple estate agents, scouting different properties and Renting over the years, one comes to believe that real estate is all business ,transactions and all that matters is "closing the deal". Then acomes a certain "Dennis" and he turns out to be everything that a quintessential agent isn't. He puts client first, believes good service leads to a deal(not other way around), stays true and honest. People like him understand that he is in a 'people's business " and property is simply a byproduct. That relationships matter more than a sale. We started discussion with Dennis as an agent, but left as friends " We got a good deal from Dennis that we took. Again, even if the deal weren't to be good, we would have still taken it. All things equal people will buy from a friend, All things unequal people will still buy from a friend.

He did not waste my time in viewings of flats that are not similar to what is advertised in the pictures, or pushed me for flats that do not match my search. GoogleWhenever we have to move our house, Dennis is the first choice. He is very professional, friendly and has a keen eye to details. I love his approach of investing early on in understanding tenant's requirements - what you need, what are you willing to compromise etc. He eliminates irrelevant listings for you which makes house search pleasant, stress-free and saves you loads of time. I have never viewed more than 3 listings in person before finalising the house and got what we were looking for every time- this is the level of investment he makes in understanding you as a person and what you are looking for.
