Lawson and Daughters are incredibly nice at the beginning of every contract but when my client faced financial difficulties and was late in paying the rent, they charged them extortionate fees. Even worse when it comes to leaving the property as it is extremely difficult to get their deposit backs. Danan who is one of the directors of the company is the person who leads by bad example of his employees by deliberately charging ilegal fees. They also refused to send a boiler engineer to repair the property during winter until the rent was paid up. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONENegativeResponsiveness, Quality

I would not recommend

I would not recommend this company at all. I have seen countless reviews expressing the same difficulties I did. Such as not getting the deposit back until months later, after them asking for bills that had already been sent. Extremely unreliable and disorganized agents. They entered the property without our permission, thinking that no one was home. They threatened to change our locks when we had said we preferred them not having another copy. In general very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Poor customer service.. unfortunately we having lots troubles with the agency waiting to end my contract ASAP and move out after sorting it lots issues . However I would say Giovanna Saif and Kash been always helpful with us many thanks to these three heroes. Their director danan tried kicked out and determinate our contract without any notice or for any reason due to be complaining about bed bugs that we been suffering from since we moved in . Lawsons & Daughters have been managing my flat since 2014. While there was a hiccup with them at the beginning (with an employee who I believe was then let go for misconduct), once that was smoothed out everything went well and I have been very happy with their services since then. They are friendly and very professional and I would highly recommend them for property management.

We have had a few difficulties with the maintenance, they have been generally helpful and deposit refund required a complete set of documents for them to agree and release the documents; given we had prepared in advance as such it was refunded to us within a week after vacating the property.

I'm not sure where to begin with this agency. Unprofessional staff in particularly the tyrannical and dictatorial Danan Chellapa (who is the head of the agency). Not only does Mr Danan instruct his staff to conduct unlawful visits, but also to engage in unlawful practices such as Tennant harassment and intimidation. Once we left the property we also did not recive our security deposit back despite not being in arrears,I don't know why this is allowed to continue. If there is a zero start I would give them zero. Very unprofessional estate agents. Moved out of the property and still waiting for the deposit back. Everytime I tried to contact them they say talk to Brian, George etc etc. I have provided all the final paid bills. Still they didn’t release the deposit. Very unprofessional. The staff have no morality . They took my deposit and then tried to exaggerate how much the job was . They went as far as telling the contractor to lie and exaggerate the numbers to me so that they can get the deposit . DO NOT do business with them . They will choose money over morality

We have been waiting for the deposit back as well as the overpaid money for 3 months . They keep asking for last bill invoices despite the fact that we have send them several time. Staff is constantly changing and we never get any proper answer . Should the money not be sent soon , I will report this company for doubtful practices .

Absolutely appalling service with this company. Didn’t take into account our opinions at all. Sold the property and didn’t give us any chance at getting into it. They gave someone else the details to pay a deposit and not us even though our offer was in first and then simply said they had been quicker to give the deposit. Absolute joke, didn’t give us any help.
