GoogleWe used Knight Frank Aldgate office for our property in Shoreditch and hand on my hart I could not recommend them more. Truly professional and 2 steps ahead compared to anybody else. In a time of uncertainty as when you relocate they helped us every step and made a stressful experience very easy! Particular mention goes to Andrew Twagira, Head of letting, for helping me with the change from the previous agency .. all was very smooth and easy! so very gratefulππ»

GoogleGreat when you're a tenant looking for a flat, but any issues you have after you've signed the lease - good luck - because you're on your own. I thought ghosting was just a bad dating habit, but bravo Knight Frank, you've shown me ghosting truly means. Update - Thanks Heather Smith for asking me to remove my review. I don't think I will.

GoogleHaving had less than stellar service from other agencies, I commend Knight Frank and would use them again without question. Simon Boulton at the aldgate branch is excellent, responsive and proactive. He undertook the sale of my flat with a can-do attitude in a shaky economic climate. He thinks clearly and knows the market. Moreover he's beyond decent, personable, he communicates clearly without wasting anyone's time and does this with great tact. This I appreciated immensely. I'm genuinely thankful for his efforts.

GoogleI have a great experience with Knight Frank Aldgate, especially with Taylor. He helped me rent an apartment and he is very professional and helpful. My rental application was processing around mid-December, the period when lots of holidays were going on but there's no delay in my application at all and I got to move in on January as planned. Big thanks to him. After the move in, any problems I have, Taylor responses promptly. I'm totally happy with the house and the services. Strongly recommended this agency.

Google1. On the first day of check-in on the agreed handover date, the room was not tidied up and there was still food waste left by the previous tenant. 2. The manager shirked responsibility to the property manager. Their service is very bad, and I feel that the supervisor looks down on international students. International students who want to rent a house must not approach them, or they will have to tell the same thing many times after renting a house.
