We had a complex and difficult inexperienced purchaser who was gratuitously offensive agressive and slow if we had not had Fred and the team keeping us calm we would probably have thrown in the towel. We got there and in this very difficult market that’s a great achievement. We priced the property to sell and it did: no faffing. We love Knight Frank
