GoogleCharlotte, Ellie and the rest of the sales team at KF Wimbledon have been absolutely fantastic in supporting our house sale in Wimbledon Park. From the very beginning their professionalism and communication were top notch. Including- insight in the market, comms over viewings and queries on What’s app, resolving queries between us and the buyer. GoogleFrom the get-go Knight Frank (and in particular Tom Cope) were always considerate, efficient and open in their dealings with me selling my property. The pre Brexit market was pretty stagnant but they never lost optimism I would get a sale - which I did within 3 months of putting my property on the market. Given the state of the market at the time that is pretty good going. Tom then meticulously guided me through the process and his colleagues were always available to answer queries also. I cannot recommend them too highly.

GoogleMy wife Sarah and I found Dan Kortland excellent when showing us a property last Saturday morning. He was thoroughly professional, extremely courteous, and he was on time. Although it was the first time that he had visited the property he showed us round in a very thorough way and was very attentive. If he was unable to answer any of our questions, he agreed to find out the answers and relay them back to us, which he did in a timely manner. He paid great attention to detail and ensured that the property was left fully in accordance with how we found it…...made sure the lights were all turned out and the windows were shut etc. In short he was superb. I would recommend him highly to anyone wishing to sell their property…including ours!!

He was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the team also supported us and I cannot thank them enough for helping us through the sale. GoogleKnight Frank Wimbledon Branch helped us to buy our beautiful 4 Bed Semi Detached house in Southfields in October 2018. We were in a chain and as in many cases the deal was not a very straightforward one. Dominic did a fantastic job managing the process and we would not be here if it was not for him. He is very clear, professional and has great personality turning stressful situations into a productive one. Special thanks to Harriet as she was the first showing us the property. Lovely person. Highly recommended !

GoogleBertie & Charlotte provided the best of service throughout attending to every detail during our home purchase. Never missing a beat, they followed up on everything and even helped chase solicitors further down the chain to ensure progress. Proactive every step of the way whilst expertly managing expectations and showing understanding of different situations. They also kindly facilitated multiple viewings. We would no doubt look to use their services for potential future sales especially given their expertise during initial negotiations. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe have just sold our house through Knight Frank in Wimbledon. Diana Wormell was brilliant. She was there every step of the way to help with viewings, feedback and then negotiations with our buyers and throughout all the nitty gritty of exchange and completion. She went above and beyond the call of duty, even driving down to Weybridge to get the relevant documentation at a crucial time. We bought our house through Knight Frank, and Diana in particular 17 years ago. They are polite, helpful, well informed and really know the market. I can't praise them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Diana and Harriet were those of the team most involved with our house sale. Diana is very experienced and, with this quality, brought great calm and expertise to the process. She is highly professional and worked with us to ensure that only those who might be appropriate purchasers were brought to view. She and Harriet, whose client became the purchaser, negotiated extremely well, thoroughly and fairly, for all parties. Harriet ensured that exchange took place in a timely manner. She liaised excellently between us, our purchasers, the legal teams and, when necessary, with the agent for the property we were purchasing as our new home. We have moved a number of times during our forty three years as Wimbledon residents. This was our first experience of the Knight Frank team.
