GoogleI was looking for a flat here and although we actually decided to go for a different flat with another agent, Fred who was showing us a variety of flats was very helpful and great at following up and took extra time to show us some additional flats. Thank you for your time.

GoogleI recently changed Estate Agents for letting my Flat in Raynes Park. I spoke with KFH, they made several promises of which all were met and achieved within pre-agreed timescales. The lettings Team have a tremendous amount of experience in SW19 and SW20 and I would highly recommend them as sole agents.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I have been very pleased with KFH Raynes Park's service. We got on well immediately with our lettings agent, Shaun Walker, and the whole process of renting our flat through them was very easy. We're delighted with the property and are grateful to KFH (Shaun and Amy) for all their help!

GoogleSersha and her colleagues were amazing to work with. They listened to our specs and didn't waste our time showing us properties that were unsuitable. An absolute pleasure dealing with KFH Raynes Park and we wouldn't hesitate to contact them again should we want to lease another property or buy. Thanks guys.

GoogleI couldn't rate KFH lettings highly enough. I've recently completed a development of 6 flats of which 3 were for rental. I instructed Charlotte to advertise all 3 for rental and i was amazed when all 3 were let within 3 days at the full asking price.
