GoogleI went to KFH after being with another prominent, national agent for 8 weeks. The other agent had managed about three viewings, no offer and provided zero feedback until chased. How refreshing to have moved to KFH - within a week they had managed 5 viewings and got me a great offer from a professional couple on a two year lease. I cannot recommend them enough - they are professional, responsive, pro-active but without being pushy.

GoogleMany thanks indeed to Paul, Oliver and the rest of the KFH Queensway team. We interviewed a number of estate agenst before selecting KFH. We did so because they appeared to be the best informed about the area and realistic about what was achievable. In short they underpromised and overperformed. They achieved a good result for us and more importantly kept us informed and were a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them without hesitation.

She is always there to advise you and arranges everything meticulously and without delay. I have relied on her support and always had the best result. GoogleI would highly recommend KFH Bayswater branch especially after the arrival of their new lettings manager Tom Foreman. He helped in restoring my faith back in the profession by showing empathy and professionalism which is very rare to find these days. As a landlord, I find it reassuring that he takes time out to listen to your concerns and finds an amicable solution. It is a pleasure to work with him.
