GoogleRented a flat off these guys. They were not honest - saying the flat could be rented unfurnished then refused to take away the landlord's furniture then charged me extra for storing it.

GoogleI have been very impressed with the service that I received from Salvatore and Claudio at KFH Holland Park. My property was not easy to sell but they were very positive and enthusiastic. Always a quick reply to my (many) questions and a high level of expertise and experience. I felt we were on the same team with only one goal which was selling my property and we succeeded!

GoogleWe met Charlie while desperately searching for the new home with specific requirements, and from the beginning the communication was easy and straightforward. He was kind and attentive to our search and he was the only agent among all agencies we approached who never forgot to stay in touch. Thank you! 🤝🏻 …

GoogleVery disappointed with this company. A flat I rented was is very poor condition. Described as having ‘ kitchen equipped with all essential appliance’. No fitted oven. Not even a toaster.

Google5 Stars all the way for the Lettings Team. As a first-time landlord I could have gone with any number of agencies, but selected KFH - and am delighted with their service. They found great tenants and, when my tenant had to unexpectedly return to the US and break the tenancy, were quick to find another. All a great team, but Will Storey in particular couldn't be easier to deal with or more helpful in explaining how things work and what I needed to have done, and Laura C was super efficient with contracts, certificates, etc. A great, local agent, with their feet firmly on the ground.
