Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Sales reviews in London

Bought a property sold by KFH. The estate agent put so much pressure on us throughout the process. I mentioned a couple of times it was too much pressure (called myself and my husband every day) and it was only on one side because when we needed some information he wasnt very reactive. Finally, we had to chase him to get the keys on the day of the completion and got them at the end of the day while we had delivery planned on the afternoon. Most estate agent offer champagne at the completion of the sale but we didnt get anything, not even an email to congratulate us. I didnt have a great experience.

Salvatore and Lucy, the Branch Director and Coordinator of the Holland Park KFH Branch respectively, handled my recent purchase of a flat in Holland Road. I was on the verge of actually giving up due to some rather complex difficulties encountered during the search process but their patience, positivity and perseverance helped me and the Seller come to a mutually satisfactory conclusion. I hold their professionalism and integrity in the highest regard and to everyone's relief, the sale went through. It would not be an exaggeration to say that without their efforts, this would not have been possible. They are a great credit to KFH and I hope their work is appreciated.

Shocking customer service & response times. Sell you into faulty apartments and then take an age to respond or fix any issues.

Almost everyone has experienced the nightmare of apartment hunting. I met many estate agents during my own search and frankly Anya was the best. She always goes out of her way and does it with a smile. She can turn a nightmare into a pleasant dream.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I can't thank Freddie and his team enough for supporting me through selling my flats in London. They came with personal challenges which did not seem to phase Freddie at all. Freddie was incredibly supportive and genuine, I don't think I could have done it without him.PositiveQuality

Our experience with Victor Cliff has been fantastic. He's very patient, efficient and super easy to speak to regarding anything we've needed. He's answered any questions we've had along the way even out of his office time and has made moving into a new property completely stress free. Thank you!

Claudio and Salvatore did a fantastic job selling my flat. When the first buyer fell through (no fault of theirs) they were super quick to find another and their communication throughout was excellent. I felt I was in very safe hands from the get go. I also really liked how professional and helpful they were with my buyer, who was relocating from the US. Super job all round and would recommend.

Amera is amazing! She helped us a lot finding short term rent, although it is a super difficult work. She is so professional and always bring us positive feedback quickly. Actually she saved our life, we don’t need to be ‘homeless’. XD Highly recommend KFH, a super professional team with high efficiency.

We had the chance to meet Charlie during our first housing tour in London and felt so at ease dealing with him. He helped us figure out the furniture too: very pleased about this as our first time in London. He was also very nice with the kids on our second/next visits :)

Outstanding service and results!! I contacted Maya from a recommendation I had received from a good friend of mine. Maya was around to value my flat within the hour and the following day I was presented with two very strong offers! I cannot recommend Maya & the Holland Park team enough!

Our experience finding and moving into our dream flat was made so much easier with the assistance, swift support and expertise of Anya at the Holland Park branch! She represents the best of the best in her field and made our move an enjoyable journey. She also also has impeccable taste in household interiors - so if you’re unsure about that wardrobe you’re about to buy, ask her for a second opinion!

The KFH team were excellent in letting my apartment in Kensington; Will, Laura and the team managed to obtain a good offer within the first few days of marketing and were very patient and professional in dealing with a difficult departing tenant. Tony

Victor was fantastic, he didn’t hound us (like some estate agents), listened to our requirements and only showed us properties matching our criteria. He was patient as we deliberated and understood that we were moving into a new home, not just a flat.

Saroush Prado looked after us unbelievably throughout from liaising with our vendors and their solicitors to helping and liasing with our buyers and their solicitors. I cannot put in words how incredible it was with him guiding us through a difficult and bumpy ride. He was always at the end of the phone. Just fantastic.
