Tom picked up the call and was friendly and helpful during my search, understanding my needs and offering support on my search. William was accommodating in making time to view a selection of properties in the areas I was looking for and offer the best advice in our current COVID-19 climate. GoogleI purchased a property in March 2021 amidst the pandemic. Most property firms I had dealt with at the time were extremely unprofessional and blamed all and every unfortunate circumstance on COVID. Not the case with KFH Holland Park, as a first purchase I was nervous and unsure at nearly every step of the way. Ross was the agent dealing with my case and I honestly don’t think it could have gone any better, professional, polite, on time and extremely thorough, Ross went above and beyond to make the sale complete in a very short amount of time with his constant chasing of both vendor and buyer solicitors. Eduard arranged for me to see a number of properties to rent in West Kensington area. I’ve not taken up a property from KFH as my circumstances have changed, but I wanted to express my thanks to Eduard for his generous and thoughtful approach. He went beyond my expectations by arranging to view various properties instead of the one I had initially expressed an interest in. To my surprise, all of them were worth viewing. GoogleWe were relocated to London with our children. We needed to have our hands held a little throught the emotional turbulence of our first letting process. From the moment we met Eduard we knew he was absolutly the right person to help us. He was genuinely, nice and professional also he and his team clearly know the market. GoogleKFH is by far the best letting agency that we have been in touch with. Both Eduard and Will were very professional and friendly from the first phone call onwards. Eduard asked for and listened to our criteria (without judging or interrupting or rushing us - that happened a lot with other agencies unfortunately). He quickly understood what we are looking for and sent us multiple options. He was punctual to viewings and answered all our questions. GoogleOverall: OUTSTANDING. I engaged KFH to sell a property in the Holland Park area on behalf of another individual, and dealt with Freddie who, really, throughout has gone well above and beyond what might be expected in terms of marketing and selling the property. To explain, I do not live close and the property required completely emptying, and various other aspects along the way. Amongst other things, Freddie assisted in that process by providing contacts, opening the property up to let both maintenance and other people in at my request, together with checking that certain work had been completed. In relation to the sale itself, he was diligent and in a relatively short 6 week period, the property had over 40 viewings, and 5 offers. He was in constant contact, updating and advising me appropriately and helping in pushing the sale through. Most importantly, he "owned" the whole process (not just the sale), making it his "own" rather than it seeming to be a long list of people who were mildly involved in multiple sales for a variety of home owners. Engaging, very friendly and communicate, Freddie has provided first class, sterling service throughout - thank you!! I have been seriously impressed!!

He also helped us coordinate all of this from the US. He sent us information virtually, was considerate about the time difference, and explained the UK market and different areas.
