GoogleMoving from Belgium to London, Charlie was our guide through this complex situation of being in Belgium and looking for housing in London. Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. Strongly recommend his help. The whole process was super smooth. Thank you Charlie!

She has great knowledge of the West London boroughs and was able to quickly identify and share properties suited to my wife and I. Given we were viewing across other areas too, she and Michou (Brook Green KFH branch) connected seamlessly to show us several options. Cannot recommend working with Anya enough.

GoogleAs a buyer, looking to purchase my first apartment in London, I had an amazing experience working with Claudio and KFH who had a property in their portfolio that I ended up purchasing. We were able to get from offer accepted to completion within 2.5 months and this speedy process would have not been possible if it weren't for the great work from KFH. In particular: > Attentive - I felt that Claudio really paid attention to learning what my needs were and what I was looking for. We were able to shortlist and view all the properties that met the criteria. > Superb communication - Honestly, Claudio is probably one of the best communicators that I've come across. He answers any questions you have about the property within the hour and for important questions, he is not afraid to pick up the phone and chat through them with you. He would also check in and share updates, so you were never left wondering what was happening and this is very reassuring especially in such a stressful process. > Very knowledgeable - Claudio knew the neighbourhood very well and was able to shed a lot of light on some of the advantages and disadvantages specific to my circumstances. He was also very knowledgeable about the properties and if he wasn't sure, he wasn't going to BS you but would rather verify with the Seller and confirm the details very quickly. > Effective - There were times things were moving a little bit slow between the Seller's solicitors and my own. Claudio would help me to chase them down and try move things quicker. This was instrumental and truly helped my move the completion over the line in a short time. Overall, stellar experience working with Claudio and if you're looking for an estate agent who will go the extra mile to find you the next perfect home within their portfolio, then I'd highly recommend Claudio & KFH!

GoogleI cannot possibly overstate how fantastic Salvatore and his team were in helping me get my sale over the line. Claudio takes credit for building the relationship with the buyer and in keeping me well informed of his communications with her. Salvatore is a brilliant communicator and kept on top of every aspect of the sale from day one. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I always felt that KFH were on the case and looking out for me. After a very difficult experience with a previous agent, KFH were a breath of fresh air and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleEduard was super nice, he took my call on a Saturday morning and managed to get us to view 2 really good flats that same day, we ended up going for another flat we saw later, but we would have put an offer in for the first one he showed us otherwise. He was very attentive and messaged us all throughout until we made up our minds. He was also very nice even when we said we were going for another flat with another agency!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
