GoogleI have only given the South Kensington branch of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward 1 star as Google does not given the option of leaving none. We were tenants in a property managed by KFH for over a year. Towards the end of our time renting with them, we found ourselves on the receiving end of a shocking, embarrassing and damn right immoral service. In the 12 days after vacating our property we found ourselves dealing with a difficult landlord, withholding our hefty deposit for no reason, despite check in reports matching the check out. The KFH team were lazy and unproactive in chasing the landlord for a response, they would rather pass the buck than reach a solution. They claimed they hadn't heard from the landlord, despite the fact inbetween times she had time to come on here and write a review, praising their service. It was only through a stern phone call to branch management, demanding action be taken that the landlord miraculously agreed to release the deposit. This was my partner and I’s first time renting and through KFH, has been an unpleasant endeavour that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

GoogleI had such a great experience with KFH South Kensington . Nishaad helped me find my current apartment. He was patient and attentive and responded to my many queries. I would really recommend him as an agent to friends and family because he went above and beyond and was super friendly. Finding an apartment through KFH South Kensington was a breeze thanks to Nishaad

GoogleLooked through a few agencies but KFH was by far the best for communication and customer integrity. We were treated really well with everything presented clearly without pressure from the staff. Nishaad was extremely helpful in laying out all the details and the customer experience was pleasantly personal and informative. Would highly recommend for an informative and calm experience in comparison to other letting agencies.

GoogleI have finally exchanged on the purchase of a flat. This has taken nearly four months the delays were caused by the freeholder. KFH in South Kensington were fantastic and in particular Raphael Fitoussi. He was patient, polite and persistent. He pushed all the parties and we finally staggered across the line. GoogleGreat team - very professional and helpful. We worked with Dominic and Daniel who went out of their way to find us an excellent off-market property that was exactly what we were hoping for. Smooth process throughout, highly recommend KFH (this is our second positive experience in a row with KFH). So much better than other agents out there who often overpromise and underdeliver.

GoogleFrom start to finish the whole process of letting my studio apartment took 8 days from the time I submitted my offer application to moving in. My letting agent was Anya Boyde-Maynard and she is by far the most professional and efficient agent I have worked with. The myKFH portal also helped to speed up the application and deposit transfers. Easy and hassle-free experience, would recommend!

GoogleKFH have recently been involved in marketing my flat in South Kensington. It was multi-agency, and although they weren't the ones who found the tenant in the end, Daniel, Laura and the team were at all times extremely helpful, courteous and hard-working, and came up with good suggestions for improvements I could make to the flat to help in the letting.

GoogleRaphael Fitoussi was fantastic with selling my flat. He was extremely proactive in finding a buyer which he did within a week of my signing in with KFH. Raphael worked really hard to secure the sale as it was not at all straightforward dealing with the Wellcome Trust who were the freeholders. I could not recommend KFH more highly.
