He took the time to understand what sort of property I was looking for, and never gave up in the 4 separate weekly visits and multiple viewing he arranged. During my search for a new home, I have found Dema’s professionalism, and expertise, to be second-to-none. Communication has been impeccable throughout, and we are now in the final stages of purchasing my new home. GoogleAnother amazing experience with KFH South Kensington. This time with Dema Salehi in the Sales. From day one till the end, she was there for us to help us with the purchase of our new home. Words cannot describe what Dema did for us. Her patience, her genuine care, the way she handled pressure and problems. She was just simply amazing! Dema, THANK YOU so much for everything you have done for us. You literally took the bull by the horns. You are a gutsy lady to be admired. Nothing is too much for you! Nishaad has been amazing with his service!!!! He always answered all my calls, all my questions and all my emails. He never let me wait or ignored me. He has always been extremely courteous and helpful. But the most important thing is that he went out of his way to accommodate a request I had which brings him on top of his league unlike other estate agents. Nishaad, thank you so much for all your help and for making my life easy.

GoogleI highly recommend Nishaad--he was very attentive to mine and my flatmate's requests and questions, replying quickly and with helpful information. He has been available almost immediately (on email, phone and in person) to help sort any issues or concerns and overall has made the process of starting a new lease incredibly smooth. He also has a very pleasant demeanor and is enjoyable to work with. Thank you for your help--we are very excited to move into our new flat! :)

GoogleIt's the second year I employed KFH as my letting and management agent for a property of mine in London. The letting team led by Mr Daniel Marla in Kensington Office was quick to find a new tenant upon the exit of the old tenants. Mr Marla together with Mr Gulczynski of the Management Team have ensured the hand-over and take-over process between the old and new tenants take place smoothly. GoogleNishaad has been a lot of help during our search for a house in London. It's our first time renting in England and Nishaad has been nothing but kind and understanding. He went out of his way to try and explain everything to us, making sure that all of our concerns are clarified. Very professional. Despite the time difference, we can tell that he tries his best to get back to us as soon as possible. Couldn't ask for a better agent.

GoogleI worked with Nishaad Ali over the last month to find a flat in South Kensington - I highly recommend him. Nishaad helped me navigate the complexities of hunting in the fast-moving SW London market and I felt that I was in safe hands throughout the process. He responded immediately to messages / emails, provided helpful insights re market dynamics and I felt that he had my back. GoogleWe tried looking for properties with other agencies here and there, however, none of them were as helpful and efficient as Nishaad at KFH (South Ken). We’d actually seen quite a number of properties before working with KFH, and had been unlucky with our search. Right out the gate, Nishaad was very friendly and professional. When our first offer for a property was unsuccessful, he wasted no time finding other suitable properties and offering alternatives to us on the very same day. I cannot emphasise enough just how efficient he is! As this was our first time renting, Nishaad was very understanding and extremely helpful. He answered any questions we had, making sure that we were clear on what was going and comfortable with our choice. He understood our requirements very well and worked very hard to get us our selected property. On top of this, he was very accommodating of our busy schedules, often answering and updating us outside of his working hours. Thank you to Nishaad for all his hard work and time. We could not recommend him more!

GoogleWe worked with Nishaad to find a flat in Chelsea. We can honestly say that he was the best agent we worked with during our search out of the tens of agents we spoke with. Nishaad was extremely helpful, accommodating, very professional, and trustworthy. He always answered our emails fast and did his best to support us. On the phone he was always very kind and really interested in solving our problems. He went above and beyond to help us and we’d highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a flat in the South Kensington area. Nishaad - what a star!!!!

GoogleWe recently rented a flat in South Kensington through KFH. We have lived in London for over 18 years and have owned and rented properties, and thus dealt with almost every single estate agent. KFH South Kensington was superb, one of (if not) the best from our extensive experience. Laura the agent was proactive, responsive, accommodating, friendly, and a true professional. We had the same experience with her colleagues, including Dominic. I would recommend KFH South Kensington enthusiastically and without reservation!

GoogleDealing with Nishaad Ali was truly amazing. While the process of renting an apartment was more difficult than we’d imagined. Nishaad gave us excellent guidance and deep knowledge about a really wide range of services that we asked about. We were impressed with his professionalism and genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Nishaad again or give him anything but the highest recommendation.

GoogleWe all know that finding your perfect rental property can be so difficult. Chiara was incredibly helpful and really made the process feel seamless. She was very responsive and patient (which trust me she had to be!!). Would most definitely recommend and it will not be my last time working with chiara.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Absolutely disgusting treatment of tenants. We rented a place from KFH and about 8 months in, noticed water dripping from our ceiling. We notified KFH that there must be a leak on the roof above but they did nothing. This of course progressed into mould over the ceiling, including all over our bedroom. They eventually sent someone out who confirmed there was a leak through the flat roof above. We were using mould remover several times per week to stay as safe as we could. Despite this no action was taken for a further 2 months. They then came with the landlady to try and accuse us of “not opening the bathroom windows” and turning the extractor fan off, causing the dripping water. They got someone new (who worked for the landlady) to say there was no roof leak. We had to terminate our lease and find a new place urgently. They still had the cheek to try and charge us for repairs from the deposit, which was overruled by TDS. Avoid at all costs. KFH have no regard for their tenants, will try to cheat you and are completely disorganised.

He was very attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted. He kept me informed all through the process. He is very helpful and professional at his job. Not only were they totally focused on marketing and getting the property let, they handled the referencing and legal process superbly and managed relations so well with the tenant prior to occupation whilst we completed building works to the property.
