GoogleRenee was amazing in our search for our dream flat! My friend and I were not exactly easy to please, but Renee made every effort to get to know us and exactly what we were looking for. She ended up finding us the perfect place and was there every step of the way, putting us first. She was even messaging me on her day off to check that everything was ok and went through seamlessly! Thanks again for finding us our new place - I knew you would!!

GoogleMe and my husband worked with Renee in order to rent our apartment as soon as we arrived London. She is extremely professional and understood our requirements. She showed us some properties that we liked but since the owners prefered other tenants offers we had to move forward with another option since we had a very small time frame to get an apartment. We will for sure contact Renee again once we decide we will move to a different apartment. Highly recomend her!

GoogleKFH have provided an excellent service helping me let my flat. I was travelling at the time and I was able to do this all via email which was extremely convenient. I have found them to be co-operative, efficient and friendly and would highly recommend them without hesitation. Update: Over the last couple of years that I have been dealing with KFH I have found their attentiveness and customer relationship management impeccable. Alex is almost like my friend, consistently keeping in touch on developments.

GoogleHad a great experience viewing a flat in person yesterday and ended up renting it on the spot. Ricardo from the agency was incredibly kind, he even drove me to the viewing, which I really appreciated. The staff were all very polite and efficient, and the office has a very upscale and professional atmosphere. Highly recommended!

GoogleI went to go see a 2 bed flat in Fulham and was accompanied by Abrahim. Although I must say I was not too fond of the property, I was very impressed by Mr Abrahim. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very honest and was able to answer all our questions. His service was amazing, usually agents know as much about a property as you! He takes his job seriously and for me that is enough. Even the front reception team were great, from start to finish. I would reccommend KFH and in particular Abrahim to anyone.

GoogleDealt with Amy in the sales team. She was fantastic, helping us at every hurdle and there were a few! Very professional and responsive, always getting back to us with the best solutions and answers to problems we had. Really a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend the sales team at KFH to anyone who needed to sell a property in the area.

GoogleAfter a number of weeks of flat hunting with various estate agents KFH Fulham Road were by far the most helpful and professional estate agents we dealt with. They make a conscious effort to find somewhere that matches your criteria and most importantly- budget. The rental market is South West London is very competitive but Sam, our agent, made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and was extremely professional. So thank you Sam!

GoogleIwona Chmiel showed us a couple of properties and she was incredibly professional. Her dedication to find the perfect home for us, coupled with her great communication was really impressive. She managed to arrange 5-6 viewings within a day and she kept following up with new properties on the market that fit our expectations. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a flexible and efficient salesperson with strong willingness to find the best properties for her clients.

GoogleHamish went well out of his way to help us find a property to rent that met our specific requirements. Unlike every other estate agent that spammed my email inbox with unsuitable properties in random locations, Hamish only ever presented us with relevant properties and made himself available during out-of-office hours for viewings. Communications were very prompt and professional and whilst we did get let down on a couple of properties (through no fault of Hamish or KFH), Hamish retained the level of tenacity and patience that I have come to accept as the benchmark. Overall, very impressed with Hamish and his colleague Farhana who was available when Hamish wasn't .

Charlotte made sure the whole process went smoothly, and I could not be happier with my experience working with her and KFH.

GoogleCharlotte and the team at KFH were brilliant in helping us to rent a flat. They were very accommodating of the fact that we were not in the UK at the time, and so could not visit properties in person. I would highly recommend them, and Charlotte went above and beyond for us.

GoogleFarhana was great! The first time out, she showed me great places that fit my criteria. They were super cute. I almost went with the 3rd place she showed me. It was SO nice. But I wasn't sure if they would take my dog. So I accepted a place I had seen before I met Farhana, only because I knew they'd take my dog. But Farhana has access to great places. And she's super fun. I highly recommend!

GoogleMy partner recently sold via Naz at KFH. We choose KFH, solely down to Naz because of the enthusiasm and drive to win our business. Because Naz lives in the local area, she was able to explain the benefits of the location to potential buyers and pre-empt any objections. After the sale was agreed Naz personally oversaw the process to exchange and completion. I also had dealing with Charlie in the office, who was very helpful and always on the ball.
