She has gone out of her way to send me lots of different options that have all suited perfectly and has been lovely and supportive throughout this whole experience! GoogleI’m quite surprised and disappointed by the way this company works. Retaining customers’ deposit payments in this manner feels unfair and unprofessional. In particular, Ben’s conduct throughout this process has been especially concerning.

GoogleI’ve used Draker since 2018 and found them efficient, polite and really effective. Ive done my own housekeeping so only use them for finding tenants, contracts and references and collecting rent (not property maintenance) but they’ve been incredible. Would highly recommend.

GoogleNever try to extend your lease and sell your property at the same time! Both the buyer and I were stressed out due to delays from landlords solicitors. Naz from KFH was like a dog-at-a-bone chasing everyone she could. Finally her energy got us over the line. Thanks Naz.

GoogleHuge shout out to Charlotte Kingcome!! She is your superstar and here is why… Finding a new home comes with a lot of anxiety and stress and I’ve learned that finding home in London that is all very much amplified!! Until I got to speak to Charlotte. We are a family of four. My partner and I are both in aviation and work long hours and travel extensively! In fact he currently commutes from Malta on the weekends. Girls are 17 and 13, older is off to Uni in Sept and younger one is into competitive swimming starting her GCSEs next year. We are moving to London to be close to work, airports, good schools and swimming pools. On top of that we have a dog, small Westie but still a huge challenge with many landlords! We started looking for a 3 bed house about 2 months ago and it felt as if we entered a huge bidding auction. I was getting worried, chasing agents, spending hours on the phone, sweetening the deals which we would regularly lose…yes, all that until we got to Charlotte…she proposed an amazing property to me, I saw the pictures and thought to myself - wow, this would be incredible if it worked. I told her we are interested but was worried we would never get it due to past experience with other agencies and agents. She encouraged us along the way, asked for us to share some family photos and a short bio, including the pic of our dog and showed that to the landlord who was happy to have us! I couldn’t believe my ears when Charlotte called to say that we got it! If it wasn’t for her, I don’t think we would have tried our luck! We now can’t wait to move into this dream house! Charlotte is a superstar and we are very lucky to have been supported by her in this very challenging process!! Cheers to Charlotte! All agents should be more like Charlotte!! GoogleWe have recently engaged the services of Fergus and his team at KFH Fulham and Parsons Green and have been incredibly impressed with the level of service we have received. We invited 4 estate agents in the area (all very well-known and well-regarded) to value our property and advise on letting the property out. KFH not only gave us the best valuation, they offered the most competitive pricing and were so responsive. Whilst other agents took nearly a week to get back to us, KFH had our property rented out within 5 days of the initial meeting and at a higher price than the flat was advertised at and over £120 more than other agents had suggested per month. The team at KFH are hands down the best in Fulham and Parsons Green - professional, personable and very efficient. They are also clearly interested in cultivating long term relationships with their clients instead of quick wins. They have wowed us from the start and helped us secure wonderful tenants, a 3 year tenancy and made the process very straightforward. Could not recommend more highly.

GoogleI have both rented and sold a property using KFH they are by the the best real estate agents I have ever used. Both teams are friendly professional and go out of their way to help you. When it came to selling my flat Damien and Amy went above and beyond in levels or service and their advice was invaluable. I could not have sold my flat without them. If you are looking to rent or sell a property in the Fulham area this is the real estate to use.

GoogleIn an area awash with many agents that over promise, over value and then under deliver, I was incredibly impressed with Amy at KFH. Amy's honest and pro-active approach delivered me a near asking price offer against three other agents. Amy took the time to show me various other properties and advised me well. Needless to say I successfully sold and bought through KFH in Fulham. Damien's experience running the office helped us get through some particularly odd moments, Damien was a delight to deal with and his in-depth knowledge meant we exchanged successfully on both sale and purchase. Well done KFH in Fulham, you were brilliant.

GoogleWe recently used the FULHAM Road lettings team of Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward (KFH) to find new tenants for our house in FULHAM. Alex Newman and his team were extremely helpful and were successful in finding us new tenants this summer without there being any void period. We have been using KFH for many years (the Effie Rd branch and the Fulham Rd branch) and have had a very positive experience with them. We would also like to mention Samantha on the lettings team who is very professional and always responds very promptly to our queries.
