GoogleExceptionally happy with all the help we received when looking for a flat. Abigail G was very welcoming and answered all our questions when showing us the property. Once we had made our mind up she was always very helpful with answering, not matter the question.

GoogleI love KFH. Over the years I've bought, sold and let various properties through them. They have always been a joy to work with - honest, straightforward and supportive. Both Caroline and Justin are very knowledgable, give excellent advice and are good at building personal relationships.

GoogleI had a very positive experience with Paul Forster and the KFH team. The sale wasn't straightforward as there was a long chain which need careful management and I thought Paul did a brilliant job. I have no hesitation in recommending the company and Paul in particular.

GoogleFor the second time Jesse from KFH Kennington came through for us with an immaculate professional service honestly an absolute legend!!
3/5
GoogleBasically they offered very professional service, but put up extremely high obstacles when it came to referencing time--far more than anyone else we eventually dealt with. If you are not self-employed, have excellent references, and want everything done by the book they could be a good choice.

GoogleWe bought our house from KFH Kennington and they were great. A decade later and we tried to sell through two other Kennington estate agents without much luck before KFH succeeded. Knowledgable, proactive and good communicators.
