GoogleAs soon as my boyfriend and I got in touch with Reece, we knew that we're in good hands. He listened to our requirements carefully and match us with lovely properties. He was attentive, always kept us updated and pleasure to deal with. Even though we didn't find a flat with him, I'm more than happy to recommend his services!

GoogleThe administrator Abida, was very efficient with the paper work, everything was sent out on time. The team where very proactive, communication between phone and email was very fast, with no delayed responses or long waiting times. Overall, the whole team were great and I was really happy with the service that I received. I would go to them again 100%. Thank you team.

GoogleSuperb experience dealing with KFH. They handled my search with a refreshingly professional approach. Alex called me initially to define my exact requirements and I felt like he always gave me the personal attention I wanted - rather than just emailing me random properties. They were polite, productive and non-aggressive, which I valued greatly. Will certainly sell back through them when the times comes!

GoogleWe just finished to rent our new home and we were helped in the process by Oceane, from KFH. Our experience was really good. Oceane always made herself available, promptly responded to emails/calls and mediated well between us and the landlord. We’ll certainly reach out to KFH next time.

GoogleKFH canceled my flat viewing just 10 minutes before the scheduled time, wasting my entire Saturday. This last-minute cancellation was highly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Googlebeen renting flats for years and dealing with KFH has by far been the worst. they obviously do not care about tenants as long as they get paid. they have been rude and witheld information from us

GoogleReece Wallace of KFH was extremely helpful in finding me a flat to rent. I had some unusual requests due to a shipping container of furniture arriving several months after my moving in. He was fantastic at negotiating with the landlord on my behalf (and ensured that both tenant and landlord were satisfied). He's a good listener and problem solver!

GoogleAgreed to pay the standard fee for help in letting a flat. Was then shocked to be billed extra for services. They never asked me if I wanted those extra services. Had to go through multiple processes of their complaints process to address. A very unpleasant experience. I regret choosing KFH.

Our agent really got to know us and appreciate our desires. Great experience. We finally purchased via KFH one of the many properties we viewed with them. They found a tenant quickly and their administrator, Rebecca, was quick to respond and very efficient when dealing with all the mundane matters of ASTs, check-out, check-in etc. Will definitely use them again.
