He was always very professional and accountable for all that happened throughout the entire process. Ramsay offered us a powerful combination of a personal approach together with the backup, process and procedures that only a big chain can provide. GoogleWe went for a viewing in Burnt Ash Hill and we accidentally looked at the adverts outside the agency while going back to the station. Someone from the team asked if we would have liked to come in and that’s where it all started. We met Jenna, which was super friendly and polite and in no time she found what we were looking for. She booked the viewing within half an hour and we went to see the flat few days after. Unfortunately while viewing someone made an offer and Jenna kept contact trying to find something else for us. The property we liked came back on the market and Jenna went above and beyond as she made sure our offer was pushed to the landlord who declined at the beginning. She then managed to convince him and The process after that was smooth and easy with documents to be signed online. I would highly recommend Jenna and KFH to anyone looking to rent or buy a property in London. Thanks.

GoogleI was very reluctant to sell via agency, everything that I was concerned about appeared to occur, initially undervalued our property (difficult property to value) and appeared an expensive service. However as we were also purchasing via another branch of KFH I felt it prudent to proceed to smoothen the process. Over the weeks and months I began to realise what an excellent choice it was, Ramsay is a very talented professional in negotiation and managing concerns from all sides and could not do enough to help us with a good team behind him. Cannot recommend highly enough, we obtained an good result in a very hard market and bought the house of our dreams. Thanks Ramsay and Michael and teams

She constantly kept us updated with the progress of our move and literally went above and beyond helping us out. We had a really unfortunate experience with another estate agent and Megan made sure that we didn't experience anything similar. GoogleWe sold our house through KFH in September 2019. They were a fantastic agent who we would thoroughly recommend. When they valued our house they came in much higher than any other agent, however they were able to back up their excellent sales credentials with examples of houses they had sold for good prices in the local area. They marketed the house diligently, professionally and efficiently. There was constant booking of appointments and we were delighted to have received 2 competitive offers within 2 weeks in what we feared was a relatively flat market. Following the acceptance of the offer they continued to be professional and we felt like valued clients until the day of completion. We considered going with an online agent which would have meant a lower fee, however we have massively benefited from having a face to face agent who knew the local market well. Thank you KFH Lee (special thanks to Kieran, Jonathan and Danielle who were excellent) for making the transaction run as smoothly as possible.
