GoogleLeak issue not even been diagnosed 1 month after reporting, despite daily chasers. Email addresses are completely unresponsive and phone lines listed are not even in service!

GoogleAlthough We have had good experiences with the team we dealt with when we needed to rent a house, we are having serious issues with the team that manages the house we are in in behalf of our landlords. There have been problems that were supposed to be sorted even before us moving in but nothing has been done so far and a year has nearly passed. They are not responsive at all, they will never call you back unless you chase them constantly and I keep having different people asking me what the problem is (it seems there is a high turnover of people and apparently the new person that joins does not get all the information needed to sort those issues) and we have just been left with some serious issues although we do pay our rent on time every month. So if you rent a house through them (Wimbledon) I would really avoid any house that is managed by them because you might find yourself in a very stressful situation!

GoogleI contacted our Property Manager (Jacqueline) with a problematic furniture delivery issue and Jacqueline was absolutely brilliant helping resolve the matter in a friendly and efficient manager.

GoogleBeyond useless. The gate to the development broke. No communication. Still no replacements fobs despite offering to pay. Avoid any KFH managed property if you can.

We are always met with open and positive communication channels as well as the willingness from senior management to ensure deadlines and targets are met at the needs of Clients.

GoogleI would steer clear, I will never purchase a property that is managed by KFH have caused nothing but delays in the sale of my property going weeks without responding to solicitor enquires. if I could of given this 0 stars I would of

GoogleMichell Man of KFH looks after the finances in the running of a 15 flat Bloomsbury block owned by a recenlty-formed company whose shareholders are the lessees. She is personable, knowledgable, helpful, professional and on-the-ball. She has also helped us save money (e.g. in finding a good-value accountant). Rated!
