GoogleBradley at KFH was so helpful and brilliant to deal with during my house search. He takes the time to find properties that are a good match and although my search was extensive , he always had time and patience and I would thoroughly recommend him as an estate agent and KFH as a company. GoogleWe have just sold our house in Forest Hill with KFH. It was a very smooth experience and their support through the process was greatly appreciated, especially when we faced delays elsewhere in the chain. The recommended solicitor was very efficient as well. Many thanks to both Javaid and Bradley for your work and help.

GoogleWe’ve just sold our flat in SE23 through Kinleigh. We originally bought it through them15 years ago, and that experience was sufficiently good to talk to them first. Their standards haven’t slipped that time! Even amongst the midst of the pandemic, ,they could not have been more helpful, and were a genuine pleasure to deal with.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleOur KFH agent, Brian, was great to work with and we never once felt under pressure in the lead up to our offer being accepted. A revolutionary experience compared to other estate agents! KFH diligently worked with us to ensure the whole process was as smooth as possible and as quick as possible to get from the acceptance of our offer, to closing.

GoogleI found the KFH Forest Hill sales team to be professional, flexible, helpful and reliable in an industry where not all are. Our chain could easily have collapsed, took a lot of chivvying along and proactive management of expectations to keep it going. Javaid and co were up to and up for the job - ready to go the extra mile - definitely recommended.
