He had written down the extra information such as service charge on each property leaflet before hand them over to me. GoogleI have just checked out from a flat rented through KFH. They managed to find a new tenant immediately and aligned my moving out and his moving in very efficiently, which saved me a three week rent. Rachel communicated very well with the landlord around the check out arrangements and I have received my full deposit in my bank account two working days after the check out. Very impressed :-)

GoogleWe recently bought a flat at St. Edmund's terrace with KFH. our experience was particularly great due to the efforts, coordination and managing of all odd ends by our agent Harry Marks. He managed not only the coordination within KFH, but also with solicitors and mortgage agents. He was always available to discuss even the smallest of issues and give useful advise. Made the move very smooth!!
