GoogleColin and Fergus at KFH Belsize Park have been really great. As a tenant rather than a landlord, it’s reassuring to know there are still some agencies who represent the interests of both tenants and landlords equally and fairly. I was a very happy tenant of KFH’s for 10+ years, and both myself and my landlords who owned the properties were very happy with their service. They get the best properties in Belsize Park because of this reputation.

GoogleHaydar and KFH were extremely professional. When moving into our new flat, we had a scare that there might be a gas leak (which turned out to be a false alarm). KFH went above and beyond to handle the issue and make sure we were comfortable before moving in

They go the extra mile and have been exceptionally helpful during the difficult period we are living through. GoogleWe had a fantastic service from Jake and Peter from start to finish on the sale of our property. We also instructed other local agents in a difficult market - but it was only KFH who came up with any offers. They know the local market inside out and were a great help overcoming a few hurdles in the sale process. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleKFH is great to deal with when renting a property. Had no issues renting it, all ran smoothly. They always answered the phone, kept in touch for anything, while being so polite and friendly. Steve and Colin dealt with our request and kept us informed all the way through. The approach was explained to us clearly and executed as described. We appreciated the hard work, highly recommended!

GoogleI've just rented out a second apartment in the area through KFH and they've truly been professional and friendly. I've been through all aspects of it, viewings and lease negotiation, tenancy ending, signing stuff in an easy to use web app, etc. There seems to be many people working there, but Michelli and Farnaz have been great!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
