GoogleThe Brook Green KFH team were extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my home and finding a new one. I chose them on a personal recommendation and was very satisfied with the service they provided. It took me over six months from valuation to put my flat on the market, but they put me under no pressure during this time, and when I was finally ready to sell, they were efficient, practical and as considerate as it was possible to be in arranging the viewings of my property. Although I sold my flat very quickly, the search for a new place took much longer than expected, but they never tried to influence me with the possible loss of the sale if I couldn't find the right place in time. Once negotiations were underway, they remained courteous, helpful and supportive, and we got there in the end. So I thank them for their efforts and am happy to recommend them in my turn.

GoogleRead this review of KFH. We have just exchanged! We are delighted. It was difficult because of the state of the market and the complexity of the chain. But the team at KFH, ably led by Daisy Hill, had the energy, experience and professionalism to make the sale. Here's why: - the marketing was imaginative and constantly refreshed, - visits by potential buyers were carefully planned to minimise disruption, - we were kept up to date on an almost daily basis - most important of all we were supported and encouraged through what was quite a stressful time. Engaging KFH was the right choice. Thanks team. Job done.
