GoogleWe had a very positive experience with KFH in Crouch End. David our agent listened carefully to what we wanted and managed to show us our perfect home before it even was fully listed thus ensuring we were able to get an early offer. Throughout the long purchasing purchase he was extremely helpful and quick to respond to all our queries and we are now comfortably settled in our new home.

GoogleGreat service and support, particularly from Jack Terzoli who helped me through the whole process of arranging a viewing, making an offer, and was there on moving day to introduce me to my landlord. The whole team at Crouch End are lovely and super helpful!

GoogleKFH were amazing help when selling our house in London as we moved to Northern Ireland. They went above and beyond, given we were no longer living in London they helped arranged fire risk assessments and numerous purchaser visits. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleFin and the Crouch End team were very helpful. Fin understood what we were looking for and only showed us places that were potentially of interest. Once sale was agreed he was instrumental in managing all the complications that follow.

GoogleI worked with KFH in Crouch End when we bought our flat int he area in 2011 and the experience was so positive that we then used them again to sell the very same flat in 2022. They're professional and responsive and know the area very well. Would recommend.

GoogleWe had a very positive experience with KFH. The whole team are great, very responsive and I'd highlight Robert Hamlyn in particular, for his re-assuring and professional approach. He called when he said he would, kept us in touch at every stage of the sale and was just great to deal with. We were happy with the whole service.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAndy and Sebastien at KFH Crouch End are rare gems in what can be a challenging estate agent market for buyers and sellers. They both, and the wider team, have great local knowledge, are always accessible, very carefully balance the needs of their buyers and sellers, take the time to build relationships with their clients, and drive to great results. Can't recommend using KFH to buy or sell anymore!
