GoogleThis Agency cover Landlord who deny to pay for my friend's work. He did 3x EICR and replace consumer unit but Landlord play dumb and saying he didn't order EICR but electrical safety certificate. When he asked agency to reply to him and Landlord explaining EICR is same as electrical safety certificate, they said Landlord called them and said not to reply to his emails. Agency know Landlord avoid to pay for his work and they help him. Basically they are on the side of Landlord. I would avoid this Estate agent as they are not professional and they wouldn't be on tenant's side.

GoogleAfter much searching and disappointment, Peter finally found a house for me and my friends. We are all students from Sweden so the process has been extreme with garantours and everything in between. And with that, many other agent systems have said different things about what you can and cannot do and what the process will look like, etc. However, Peter and Meghan did a superb job and have been clear and quick in their communication. Super grateful for all their help and would definitely go to them again.

GoogleAs most people understand, finding ones "forever flat" in London, can be stressful and a challenge. I have been working with Todd for a while now. Through the process he has had coped with a series of spec and budget amendments. I have been so impressed by his determination and tenacity. He has never stopped working to fill the ever changing requirements. On top of this he has been extremely gracious while showing me a myriad of apartments. He is a credit to your agency. We shall get there in the end!
