GoogleMy experience with KFH has been incredibly smooth! Valerija Christensen in particular has been fantastic to work with, and I can't thank her enough for all her help.

GoogleAs a family we have two properties in Fulham for last few years. There are lots of rental properties in Fulham hence tough market for landlords. Despite this KFH has always managed to find tenants back to back. Recently they secured a 2 year tenancy agreement which is very good in the current market. I have always found the staff very helpful with a professional approach.

GoogleGoing through the “renting a new apartment” routine with the KFH team was very smooth and fast, they are very professional, always staying in touch and ready to assist. Special cheers to Peter Kasicki for his involvement, accuracy and proficiency that helped us to find a new home in London. Highly recommend!

GoogleA bit late but Hannah & the team at Kfh we’re so supportive especially as it was my first rental. The turn around in August only took 1week from offer to move in date! Almost 5 months along and we love where we’re living in Fulham! I can’t reccomend enough if you want a fast and reliable team to look after you, these guys will do it!

GoogleWe had a couple of viewings with Peter Kasicki and we felt it was a really positive experience. From the beginning, he was very informative and listened to our opinions. He took his time to explain things and was not pushy at all, which was very useful as we were looking to rent in a completely new area. I would highly recommend the agency -and Peter!

GoogleWe debated using an online agent for a long time before settling on KFH to sell our property. I'm so glad we did, as Alistair Kidner and the rest of the team were fantastic during our sale. They handled all the admin seamlessly and ultimately achieved a good price for our sale and ultimately, were well worth the cost. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWilliam Storey at KFH was so kind and professional during our viewings. He was able to pre-select properties in our budget so that he wasn’t wasting our time. We could not stop talking about his kindness after! He even helped give us advice on our move, and he answered all our questions. Definitely use him the next time you are in the market.

GooglePeter K. at the Effie Road branch has been a tremendous help while looking for a rental - he's gone above and beyond to help us, and is always a pleasure to deal with. A real gem - a lettings agent who not only listens to what you need from a property but also puts that knowledge to work!

GoogleI have let my property through KFH on a couple of occasions now, and the efficiency and professionalism of the team always impresses me. William did an excellent job finding a new tenant on the last occasion, and Hannah could quite possibly be one of the most organised & responsive people you could hope to have on the team. Excellent!
