GoogleI have only the greatest respect and gratitude for the seamless professionalism of Fatma Kemal and all the team at KFH Crouch End. As someone that lives out of country, I really have peace of mind that all is well taken care of and in good hands.

GoogleWhat a pleasure to deal with an agent who was so professional in every way. Always kept in contact to ensure that any issues were resolved successfully for all parties. Know how to deal both with Vendors and Purchasers in the correct manner. Robert at Crouch End office excelled in his efficiency. Mervyn Mandell

GoogleNicole, Khadijah and Abdi all worked extremely hard to let my property in the quickest of time! They found me some fabulous tenants with an increased rent rate too! They understood the brief and basically smashed it!! Thanks guys x

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. Robert and colleagues showed us many properties for sale, and were always polite, friendly and honest. When we offered on a property, Robert helped move the sale along quickly, we completed in three weeks! Positive experience and very different to dealing with most estate agents. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI used KFH lettings but received misleading information about a proposed tenant wanting a 3 year lease. This would have netted a large commission upfront for them. I pulled out when I discovered the actual details...

GoogleKFH found two very promising looking tenants for my property. I found the switch from old tenants to new tenants very stressful - and the transition was managed smoothly. Abdi and Jack (Terzoli) were particularly supportive

GoogleI have worked with KFH Crouch End branch over a number of years. I continue to use their services because of their professionalism, quality of the advice and the willingness to give honest feedback which I value as a landlord. A special mention goes to Nicole who makes herself available.

GoogleAwful service to deal with as a first time buyer, our agent was rude to us on many occasions.

GoogleHad a good experience using KFH-Crouch End for finding a place to rent. The process went smoothly and the agents were friendly. Specifically, Jack Terzoli the lettings negotiator, who was really helpful during the process!

GoogleWe have just bought a property through KFH Crouch End and I must say we were impressed by their dedication and hard work throughout. We had several delays on our related sale (through another agent) and they worked hard to keep the whole chain together and our purchase on track.

GoogleThe team at the Crouch End office were excellent and thanks to their persistance and calm professional attitude were able to bring a sometimes tricky chain to a successful conclusion. As a buying agent I have come across few agents this experienced and would recommend KFH Crouch End Sales team.
