GoogleAfter looking for the "right property" for a while, we managed to be in contact with a few agents during this time. I must say hands down Jake was the best one we met by far. He took on board what we told him we were looking for within our price range and found exactly that, where some agents have wasted our time with being way off the mark.

GoogleMichael Atiba-Davies worked hard to find the right buyers for our property. He was highly professional and gave good and timely advice. He played a critical role in the weeks leading up to exchange, helping to share information between buyer and seller, and to smooth out potential difficulties. This was extremely helpful at times when the 'legalese' which our respective Solicitors were offering was creating anxiety and uncertainty.

GoogleKeelan was absolutely superb. We struggled finding a property which was right for us and he went above and beyond to fulfil our requirements. Whatsapping us as soon as a new opportunity came up and was very patient with all our requests. Superb service and would definitely recommend Keelan and KFH for anyone looking to rent in the Clapham Junction area!

GoogleI was looking very long time for a flat. During the time period, Lucy Maynard was the greatest agent ever to deal with. Always helpful, informative and supportive! In the end I found a flat with a different office though the agent there was mostly unhelpful making LM and KFH agency making the dofference..

GoogleWe were incredibly lucky to have Mark Hancock looking after us for our purchase. As first time buyers everything was new to us, but Mark made the entire process seem relatively seamless from start to finish. Incredibly professional but always very friendly, Mark usually responds straight away to any question, message or email and kept us constantly updated every step of the way. We'd definitely recommend him.

The communication with the team was brilliant - Jake Richards was on hand to quickly answer any questions and dealt with any issues promptly and professionally. GoogleJust before Christmas, when availability is low, Amanda (KFH, Northcote Rd) came to our rescue. She understood our needs, and after only three viewings we found a place suitable for us. In spite the timing, with Amanda's help, we didn't have to compromise neither on the location nor the size of the property. Providing answers, focused and with a pleasant personality, working with Amanda was great.

GoogleI will definitely recommend this agency! Amanda is the loveliest estate agent I have ever met! We had to find a property with an additionnal bedroom for our little one in just one month which was stressful. But she has been extremely helpful and found us a great property meeting all our criteria. Plus she does not waste time with empty useless speeches as many do!
