GoogleIt was a pleasure to sell a property through KFH. Both Michael and Rita were very supportive throughout the whole process. Even when things went slightly "off the rails", through no fault of their own, they were quickly back on the case. Very professional and highly recommended.

GoogleIn 30+ years, by far the worst Agency I have ever come across or used. I would strongly advise to use another local Estate Agent. I have just wasted 4 months "buying" a house with KFH, on the agreement that I use KFH to sell my house, as we had not planned to sell or move and was not even on the market! We were explicit on several occasions, that we would only sell for that house, due to health and disability. Ed Hocken 'Director' wrote that the Vendors had given us 12 weeks exclusivity. I had to advise about the order of the photos, wording on the brochure and on the very rare case of a viewing (approx only 6 in 4 months), the inexperienced Agents would walk around silently, not selling or highlighting any features or benefits which at the time I thought unusual. I even reduced by £350k to get viewers through the door, but none came and every other house around, went under offer or sold. I kept asking about the Vendors and if they had concerns. We were continually reassured right up to 2 days before passing the house (with my family with disabilities) to find that a family were living there. When I emailed on the next working day, Ed admitted that the house had already been sold. As it takes 3-6 months to buy, clearly they had gone with the other interested party that Ed told me about (claiming that were instead supposedly buying something else with them) from the beginning. The very young Director, even passed on his 'sincere'condolences regarding my parental loss, whilst secretly at the final stages of Completion. Of course, Ed will and does continue to deny any of the above and make up even further lies to cover the deception. We are not naive and understand Agents may need to 'withhold the truth' sometimes and have a back up plan prior to exchange. However to be told that the market should be better the following week (by the 'Senior' young Agent Michael) and then 2 days later see people actually living in the house, is by far the most callous, ruthlesss and cruel treatment to endure. I remain astounded and shocked. I RECOMMEND TO AT LEAST AVOID THIS BRANCH, IF NOT KFH as a whole if this is the way they do Business.

She kept me informed about every step and made this process very easy for me. I was very scared of this process but working with Lauren made it such a smooth purchase for me.

GoogleDealt with Luke who found us tenants within a short time of putting our flat on the rental market. 3 offers from 6 initial viewings. After 20 years with another agent we have now moved to KFH to manage the property. Had a few problems, but all dealt with promptly by both Luke and Zoe, mainly due to the speed of the process as tenants moved in within 2 weeks of offer.

GoogleOut of all the properties my wife and I looked at, KFH (all offices) seemed to have the nicest inventory. Service was efficient and very friendly, and we didn't feel like we were bombarded with spam. They sent us info on properties that met our criteria and it ended up that they got our pick. Special mention to Richard Howath who helped us along the way, good guy, great service.

GoogleIn February 2022, we bought a flat listed and sold by Daisy Hill from KFH. Daisy made the process easy, quick, and hassle free. Daisy was pro-active in working with ours and the sellers solicitors ensuring the process kept moving at pace with minimal intervention from ourselves.
