GoogleI was looking for a two-bedroom flat and the search was difficult. However, Sian at the Crystal Palace office was the consummate professional. She quickly developed an understanding of my requirements and was never too busy to deal with any queries I had about the properties. She certainly changed my impression of estate agents and I can't recommend her highly enough.

GoogleHighly impressed with the whole team at KFH Crystal Palace. We completed and buy and sale in just 6 weeks. Sian and Tyrone played a huge part in pushing this through... Our house sold before it even got online and for 5k over the asking prices... I can honestly say that this team are worth the fee. 5 stars!

GoogleA random Saturday morning resulted in my wife and I viewing a property with Sian and our experiences with her since have been first class throughout. Sian has kept us in the loop throughout each stage of this process and it is reassuring to be working with someone who wants to work with you in such an important decision in your lives.

GoogleKFH worked really hard for us. Only reason not 5 star is that we often had to remind them about informationwe had already submitted i.e. whether we had a ground rent and sometimes about restrictions on viewing timing (we have young children). The team are easy to speak to and clearly experienced. Sian did a fab job for us.

GoogleI was lucky enough to have Tiffany assist me. She was absolutely brilliant in helping me find, secure and move into my rental property. She offered to assist beyond even normal business hours and was prompt with all enquiries I had. She's truly a star and an asset to any real estate. If only all agents were like this.
