GoogleI had a brilliant experience with KFH! Hollie was very professional and helpful along the whole process!

GoogleA very professional and well organised agency. Robert Hamlyn ensured he kept in touch throughout the negotiation and selling process regularly phoning and updating me . He always communicated clearly and well and worked to ensure the sale went ahead making phone call and chasing agents where appropriate. Prior to the sale he discussed selling options and strategies and ensured the property was well priced. I would use them again. Thank you

GoogleWe were looking for something quite specific and pretty hard to find. The KFH Crouch End agent we dealt with, David Davoli, understood exactly what we wanted and was the most proactive agent we encountered through the long and arduous process. He kept in regular contact and helped us to get the house of our dreams. Thank you!

GoogleJack was nothing but helpful and effectual in the finding and purchasing of our property. I therefore cannot recommend him (and the branch he represents) highly enough!

GoogleProfessional and excellent personal service throughout the whole difficult process from all the agents at KFH whom I dealt with over 8 months. They were realistic, attentive. reliable and extremely adept at handling communications with the other parties involved, their agents and the lawyers. They always went above and beyond what I expected and were supportive and reasurring in such a difficult market. In the end I got the deal I wanted thanks to KFH.

GoogleMy partner and I recently got in touch with KFH to help us with our flat hunt - very pleased we did. Our letting agent, Abdi, grasped what we wanted immediately - so we weren’t shown round an exhaustive catalogue of unsuitable properties, like some others we dealt with - and we never felt pushed into making decisions. Ended up with somewhere better than we could have hoped for. Would highly recommend their services.

GoogleSuper experience selling our gorgeous house 😢 through KFH in Crouch End. Super quick: viewing to exchange in about a month. We basically did all our viewings in one day and this was very slickly organised by KFH. Charming & friendly team were always available or would get back to you within a couple of hours. …

GoogleHollie did an A+ job and found us exactly what we wanted. Literally dealt with all decent estate agents in North London, viewed at least 50 properties, and took months. She found the place that was just the right size, just the right location and just the right price.

GoogleFrom the start of the moving process right through to a smooth completion, the team were brilliant. Abdi that was dealing with the property for us was nothing less than 5 star, he was such a gent but also amazing at his job. He’s brilliant at being on top of correspondence and calls back straight away if you have any worries or issues. Could not reccomend him and his team highly enough.
