David worked with us for months (and months...) trying to find us the perfect flat and didn't once give up even if we were being picky. We knew we could always be completely honest with our feedback and knew he'd only show us properties that were worth it. We saw a lot of flats and the best always came from KFH. He really knew what we were looking for and after all the effort he put in we were very happy to buy one that David showed us. We both really valued his honesty and patience, and felt like we were in the best hands.

Incredibly disappointing service from beginning to end... Whether it be misrepresenting the property/information about the property on the flyer (i.e. lying unashamedly), to the abhorrent standard of cleanliness once inside (e.g. open food still in the "off" fridge/freezer), the distinct lack of professionalism was shocking. Ultimately, the most appalling part of the service was the period of time it took to return the deposit, which was due IN FULL. It took just shy of two months of chasing post move out before anyone would reply to requests around deposit. Furthermore, once the return had been agreed it took more chasing emails and the threat of legal action to have the deposit released as the obligatory 10 day window had passed. For all of those considering renting a property through KFH, be warned. These charlatans epitomise the stereotype for bad estate agents and I will be sure never to use them again.

Whilst KFH at first were as good as anyother agency. We have changed a tenant so needed the lease changed with a name on the lease. This process was started in september 2019, the first person that wanted to move in actually told us they didn't want to as it took so long to sort lease they weren't confident in KFH delivering the lease. The second one has moved in and today in January 4 months later we still haven't got to a point where we are all happy with the lease/ it is correct. Would not rent with them again

I have had awful experiences with estate agents in London as a tenant but I was genuinely impressed with KFH. The level of service was exceptionally high with prompt turn around times on all documents and any issues resolved very quickly. Fatma, who handled our agreement, was excellent. Moved into a property yesterday and completely aghast at both the level of after care and the communication displayed. Three people on the tenancy yet we still don’t have three sets of keys. Shelves are hanging off the walls and all works “promised” before moving in have not been carried out. We currently have works “promised” 15 days after our move in date and we have parts of the property unmaintained and filled with far too much detritus for an unfurnished property. The worst part is that KFH are too busy trying to ascertain blame between James (Lettings), Natasha (management), the landlord, and the previous tenants that they are forgetting that three people are currently trying to live in the property. All calls to our assigned lettings and management agents have not been returned, any calls we have made have been met with apologies that they are currently away or on viewings to try and attain more clients they are clearly unable to accommodate. Either we’ve been assigned the most ineffective pair of agents or KFH are unaware that, although they are selling and letting houses, they are also selling and letting homes for people to live in. Pictures attached for reference of shelving, mould and an “unfurnished” flat.

I popped into KFH on Saturday just gone and was pleasantly surprised and impressed on the service, the two female members of staff were very warm and welcoming, I was greeted by admin and then spent some time with the manager Nicole. Who's couldn't have been more clear and transparent which was unexpected. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as this is the first time I was searching. The property I went to view was exactly how it looked on the pics. I was so impressed but still went to view with other agents but couldn't get the property out of my head and felt like I would be more comfortable with KFH looking after my needs. I have put an offer in and am now going through the process of checks. Hopefully this will be the start of great things, thank you KFH
