Jason and Andrew have been great to deal with. They came as a personal recommendation from a family friend and very much lived up to our high expectations. They were always on the ball with the sale and happy to accommodate. Their calm, almost laid-back style was enjoyable to work with and a far cry from some of the other pushier agents out there. And they helped steer the sale through to completion in 7 weeks - no mean feat given all the congestion in conveyancing. Highly recommend.

GoogleI found JT Clarke London to be highly professional, efficient and always available to answer any queries i may have had, i used them to take care of my lettings, and i was very impressed with the service. I felt like they actually really cared and i didnt feel like just a number or another client on a long list. They gave a personal service which worked for me. I would highly recommend them and have been to others.

GoogleI rented with J T Clarke (dealing variously with Marsha, Jerome and Jason). Seems they couldn’t be bothered to update our details when I moved in and signed the lease so this means my deposit is being transferred to some woman I’ve never met who lived there prior to me. I should get the money back, assuming this woman then transfers it to us. Pure laziness from J T Clarke and not remotely apologetic. Would give them no stars if I could.

GoogleDespite having called twice to confirm the appointment they stood me up. They had both my email and phone number but they couldn't be bother to let me know, they just didn't show up and wasted my time.

Unfortunately as was explained to you. An email was sent which we have evidence of with both the date and time stamp. It is unfortunate that for some reason on your side you did not receive this but we cannot be held accountable for that. We also tried to call but again was unable to get a hold of you? We conduct ourselves professionally in the course of our business and attempted to explain things to you over the phone at which point you became abusive and hung up!? So believe your comment to be unfair and unfortunately inaccurate as the reason you were sent the email in the first instance was to avoid you wasting your time.
