Especially since we lived in Scotland before, we couldn't come to London to view the apartment. Nicholas went above and beyond to provide virtual tours and detailed information of the apartment. GoogleOnly think my commission, but my life or safety. Johns Co provided me an apartment from September 2025 to June 2026, but the door has been broken the entire time. I have asked them many times to fix it, and they still have not taken any action. Now, in the 4th month when the rest of the payment is due, they refuse to offer any compensation for the ongoing safety issue. I even requested something simple, like providing a fob for the door so that not everyone can enter the apartment area, but they still said no. I have been their customer for 3 years and have always recommended this company to my international friends, giving them positive feedback. But after this experience, I will make sure people know how poorly they treat customers and how their priority seems to be making commission rather than ensuring safety. Shame on them.
