TrustpilotPLEASE AVOID - DISCRIMINATORY ORGANISATION
Horrible company. Will lie about lettings depending on whether they like the look of the potential tenant or not. Lied through their teeth to me repeatedly about whether a property was available. I had two other people enquire about it and suddenly the property was available again. I was never allowed to view anything because they claimed they didn't have the keys - but offered viewings to other people. Ignored every query, every email, every whatsapp I sent. Said they would call me back and never did. Disgusting that businesses are still operating this way in 2024.

GoogleDO NOT WORK WITH THIS AGENCY I had a terrible experience with this agency and they made living in my new apartment a nightmare. Starting with giving me the keys to an apartment that was filled with dirt and hair (insisting it was professionally cleaned) and broken wardrobes and a broken fridge that they promised to repair before I move in. They then took months to repair these things after long arguments and threats via email. I then found mould in the apartment which is a health hazard and their solution was to paint it over. My property manager changed every few weeks and the latest one they assigned is completely unresponsive and does not reply to my emails unless I cc his colleagues. The toilets were constantly clogged and they refused to send someone to fix it for a MONTH. No coordination or communication within their office, they were not apologetic for their mistakes and made living at the flat an absolute nightmare. Even if you love the apartment, think twice before working with this agency, they will make your dream a nightmare.

Mr Joynal my property manager is doing very well . He really responds to tasks on time always and never fails to answer any queries whatsoever . Moreover he really takes his work very very seriously and most importantly he always is ready to listen to his clients with full attention.
