GoogleThey seem completely uninterested in addressing any issues, no matter how many times you reach out, follow up, and chase. When they do respond, they are rude and unhelpful. It feels like they don't care at all, even when the rules are being breached. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

GoogleJeremy, Michael and the team have assisted us with letting and selling in Marylebone and always provide an extremely friendly and personal service with excellent local knowledge and experience.

GoogleHaving dealt with Jeremy James over the last 20 years, from originally renting an apartment in Marylebone, to placing my home on the market in this most unusual of years, I can thoroughly recommend this Company as the very best agent in the area. They have been impressive at every level and I have been greatly reassured along the way that I could not have chosen a more trustworthy and reliable agent. There are many new agents in this ever more popular area, but very few have the years of experience in the sales and rental markets as Jeremy James & Company. A pleasure to do business with.

GoogleWith London busy lifestyle, it is important to rely on Professionals who can solve your accomodation problems and focus on their Clients. For us as family, Jeremy James has been a point of reference since we decided to settle in Central London few years ago. Jane and the Team have since become part of our network when we have friends looking for apartments. We are very grateful to this Agency for their constant support.

He has been extremely responsive and professional throughout the process, and he has keep on top of things at all times to ensure an efficient and easy sale for us. I would highly recommend contacting him if you are looking to buy or sell a property.

Unlike most other agents they really care about their clients whether landlord or tenant and it shows in every interaction and contact we had over the many years we have been working with them. GoogleJeremy James are a fantastic company. Working for a tenant of one of the properties they were always available, willing to help with any issues and worked closely with the landlord to make the house feel like a home for the tenant. Polished and professional and always occupied any service going into the property. I can not recommend them enough,

GoogleI have dealings with Jeremy James in both their property management and lettings departments. Both departments have highly efficient, capable and friendly staff. They are very proactive in their dealings and nothing is ever too much trouble. I highly recommend the company.

GoogleGood agency with nice properties BUT do not rent any property to Gregory Perkins. He is the worst landlord ever. Very cheap landlord. Never do repeat correctly neither in time. Not responsive. Try to kept my deposit without the right.
