GoogleI would like to remind future tenants , please read the contract properly and ask the inventory check lists from agent before sign the contract. During the rent time, people from Japan services gave a good services. When we moved in the flat, Japan services did not provide the inventory check in lists.When we moved out the property, agent and landlord deducted the unreasonable costs from our deposit eg, professional cleaning carpets £300 , sticker of cancer research for £5 , 3 spots of carpets , small bin £5.95, professional cleaning about £280 etc total over 1000 pound, even they charge the bulb £5. When we called the Japan services regarding this deduction, they did not want to pick up the phone and were so rude. And then they charged the check out fees and their account department and others department did not communicate each other. During the renting time, we communicated regarding breakdowns etc.Account department asked deduction costs without checking letting dep and maintenance dep. We recommend 0 star for Japanese Services letting agency.

GoogleWe rented a house through Japan Services while our own property was being renovated. We moved in just before lockdown and spent just over a year in the property. All of the people we dealt with were friendly, helpful and quick to resolve any issues, even during lockdown. The checkin and out processes were dealt with professionally and fairly. I would recommend them.

GoogleVery poor experience with Japan services. Rude, didn’t address my concerns when they are taking commission for their services, moved the tenants to another property and then deducted from my rent and deposit for little things

GoogleThey allow staff and contractors to freely enter and inspect your home without prior notice. On more than one occasion I have found evidence of people being there. Very unsettling and unprofessional, and on the verge of being unlawful.
